Enhanced Composites produces Carbon Fibre Sheets/C Plate using 100% high-strength carbon fibre reinforcement and epoxy. Each carbon fibre sheet undergoes autoclave curing under strict controls, ensuring top-tier performance and quality. These carbon fibre plates suit fully structural applications and feature a flawless, pinhole-free finish on both sides.

We apply a premium 2×2 3k twill weave fabric to both faces of the sheet, finished with a semi-gloss surface. Before cutting or storage, we coat both sides with a protective film to maintain pristine condition.

To ensure strength is evenly distributed, we build every sheet with a quasi-isotropic layup. This includes alternating layers of 0°/90° and ±45° fibre orientations. As a result, the sheets offer balanced stiffness along both axes and deliver outstanding torsional strength.

We use a high-performance epoxy system that delivers excellent mechanical properties, clarity, and UV resistance. For added protection, we recommend applying a UV-stable topcoat to preserve the finish. Additionally, our panels undergo a post-cure process at elevated temperatures, increasing their mechanical strength and enhancing inter-laminar shear performance.
