Breather fabric – 1.5m wide

Within your vacuum bagging lay-up, this Breather/Bleeder drapes easily over your laminate, directly below your bagging film, to serve two key purposes.

1. As a breather, it allows for vacuum pressure to be applied evenly across the entire surface of the laminate. It also permits any gases released during cure to escape.
2. As a bleeder by absorbing excess resin applied during the lay-up process. Keep in mind, this in combination with peel ply, will absorb more resin and may result in a dry part without careful control. Bleeder should be thrown away after use.

Leadgo WF150 is a light non woven felt Polyester bleeder & breather fabric, widely used in low temperature and middle temperature during/compaction cycles under vacuum only.WF150 helps to absorb excess resin and volatile. Its low weight limits its use as both breather and bleeder functions at the same time.

WF150 should not be used at high temperature (higher than 205℃) or high pressure. Always use release film between the part and WF150.
