Peel Ply Nylon 60gsm – 1.5m width

Peel Ply Nylon in 60 gsm is an fine porous release fabric, that has been heat scoured and stabilized at high temperature making it easy to use with both polyester and epoxy resins. It is designed to work in resin infusion or hand lay-up processes allowing excess resin and air to flow through and eliminating voids in your parts. Because the material is tightly woven, the surface finish of this peel ply will be slightly smoother than that of most other porous peel plys, giving a much finer texture.

Our peel ply is free of any release agent or pollution and can be used directly on the surface of the part. After curing it peels quite easily without any residue or small pieces left on the part reducing the need for sanding or abrading when secondary bonding or gel coating is performed.

This high quality peel ply has been widely used in wind, marine and large parts production markets.
