Unidirectional Carbon Fibre 200gsm – 500mm wide

The unidirectional fabric is non-woven, so it adds strength in one direction. This fabric is excellent to improve tensile, compressive strength, and directional stability to structures in one specific direction. Can be overlapped at a + / – 45 degree for added strength. It is suitable for marine and constructional application such as boat hulls and reinforced concrete structures.

The cloth offers excellent conformity and drape but at the same time, the high quality stitching makes the cloth perfectly stable and easy-to-handle. The carbon fibre unidirectional cloth is compatible with all standard resin systems including polyester, vinylester and epoxy resin although is ideally matched to epoxy resin owing to its high mechanical performance.
