Kevlar/Aramid Plain Weave Fabric – 100gsm

This 100gsm Kevlar/Aramid plain weave fabric is a lightweight, high-strength solution ideal for impact resistance and abrasion protection. Although it’s thin and flexible, it offers impressive toughness, making it a go-to reinforcement for composite parts where weight savings are critical.

In addition to its strength, this fabric resists cuts, punctures, and heat, which makes it suitable for a wide range of applications — including aerospace, marine, motorsport, and personal protection projects.

Because of its plain weave structure, it offers excellent dimensional stability and is easy to handle during layup. While it can be used on its own, it is often layered with carbon fibre or fibreglass to increase durability without significantly increasing weight.
