2×2 Twill 12K Prepreg Carbon Fibre 600gsm – G2 T700 | Aerospace, Marine, Automotive & Defence Applications
Enhanced Composites offers premium 2×2 Twill 12K Prepreg Carbon Fibre, manufactured with a precision-controlled epoxy resin system, providing superior strength, lightweight performance, and ease of use. Pre-impregnated with a consistent 45–50% resin content, this prepreg material eliminates guesswork, allowing for uniform, repeatable, high-performance parts.
The 12K tow carbon fibre (12,000 filaments per fibre) and classic 2×2 twill weave provide excellent drapability, improved conformability, and a sleek, high-end finish. Compared to plain weave fabrics, twill delivers better handling on complex shapes with a slight strength advantage.
This prepreg uses Enhanced Composites’ trusted G2 Prepreg System, a reliable, general-purpose epoxy prepreg ideal for applications demanding a Class A surface finish and structural integrity.
